On July 25th, the America China Society of Indiana welcomed Shaobo Li, Chairman and CEO of Sinocare to Indianapolis. Founded in 2002, the company develops, manufactures and sells biosensor technology real-time detection products. In 2012, the company was listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of SZSE (Shenzhen Stock Exchange SHE: 300298) and became the first biosensor stock in China. Earlier this year, Sinocare announced plans to acquire Indianapolis-based PTS Diagnostics.
