Octavia Xu serves as Barnes & Thornburg’s China practice liaison with particular focus as a business development consultant. A native Mandarin speaker, Ms. Xu assists Chinese clients to bridge business, cultural and language gaps by analyzing Chinese companies’ legal needs in the U.S. market, and provides assistance to Chinese entities who are looking to establish or expand their global business in the United States. Octavia received her Master of Laws from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and Bachelor of Laws from Macau University of Science and Technology.
