Efforts to promote and strengthen intellectual property agreements between U.S. and Chinese businesses and entrepreneurs are at the heart of recent U.S-China government strategic and economic dialogues.

This session will bring together experts and seek contributions from those engaged in U.S. and Chinese law, business, and regulation to discuss practical ways U.S. and Chinese companies, entrepreneurs, and academic researchers can better address the opportunities and challenges of mutual technology development, collaboration and commercialization.
