Charlie Cai

Chief Executive Officer, Westfield Outdoors

Mr. Charlie Cai leads Indianapolis-based Westfield Outdoor, a wholly-owned division of the Hengfeng Group, a leading manufacturer of camping furniture in China. Mr. Cai started his career as an agricultural researcher in China, before joining Dow AgroSciences in 2000. A graduate of Zhejiang Agricultural University and South Dakota State University, Mr. Cai founded Westfield Outdoor in 2004 and is currently the Executive Vice President of Zhejiang Topsun Group.
